USING THE SYMBOLS

There are three different sets of standard symbols on the disk:

	- British standard symbols
	- ISO standard symbols
	- US standard symbols

The British standard symbols consist of 16 categories, which are divided into
separate directories within the directory \BRITISH. The directory structure
is as follows:

USING THE SYMBOLS
-----------------

Symbols can be accessed directly from the disk or copied onto your hard drive. No installation is
necessary.

If you wish to copy the symbols to your hard drive, you are advised to keep
them in individual directories, like the structure on the CD. This
facilitates easy management of your symbols.
